The recent TomKings Frenchie Meetup in Oceanside Park, Long Island, was nothing short of magical: it was a day where our Frenchies and their loving families came together, spreading warmth and holiday cheer. Scheduled for November 26th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, the event promised a delightful surprise – Santa himself graced the occasion, delighting our fur babies and capturing precious moments.
Thanks to our amazing ambassador, Victoria, this meetup was more than just a gathering. In the spirit of the season, our TomKings parents collected treats, blankets, sheets, and toys for our furry friends in need. These donations overflowed Santa’s sack, promising joy for other precious pups in local animal shelters.
Bringing Warmth to Shelter Dogs: A Remarkable Initiative
Days before Christmas, the warmth of generosity enveloped Last Hope Animal Rescue Shelter: Victoria delivered the collected donations, making the holiday season brighter for these precious shelter dogs. The shelter team welcomed them with open arms, grateful for the thoughtful gifts that would bring comfort and joy to their furry residents.
This initiative spearheaded by Victoria was nothing short of remarkable. Her dedication and passion brought together a community that embodies the spirit of the holidays – a community that cares not just for its own, but for every wagging tail awaiting a warm embrace. “A HUGH THANK YOU to everybody who donated at our Nassau county meet up in November …. Yesterday we brought everything to Last Hope animal rescue shelter, and rehabilitation in Wantagh. They were beyond grateful, we got a tour of the shelter, gave treats to all the shelter pups , and joined them in their Christmas celebration …thank you again for spreading g the love .. Denise one of the coordinators posed for some pics with us too !!!”
