2. Dogs can help alleviate stress and anxiety
Dogs are known for their ability to bring a sense of calm and happiness to our lives, and their presence can help alleviate stress and anxiety. Petting a dog can release feel-good hormones in the body, such as serotonin and oxytocin, which can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Additionally, the simple act of spending time with a dog can be a meditative and relaxing experience. Dogs have a calming effect and can help us focus on the present moment, reducing worries about the future or regrets about the past. I am so ready to have a furry friend of my own. I will be living by myself and a frenchie will make my life so much more fun and make my feel fulfilled. I plan to take her on walks (weather permitting), playing g and bonding with her and love her like one of my children.
We can’t wait to find you the perfect puppy! 🙂
