2. Dogs can help alleviate stress and anxiety

Dogs are known for their ability to bring a sense of calm and happiness to our lives, and their presence can help alleviate stress and anxiety. Petting a dog can release feel-good hormones in the body, such as serotonin and oxytocin, which can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Additionally, the simple act of spending time with a dog can be a meditative and relaxing experience. Dogs have a calming effect and can help us focus on the present moment, reducing worries about the future or regrets about the past. With a dog by your side, you’ll always have a furry friend to help you stay grounded and at ease.

3. Dogs can encourage you to move more

Dogs are natural motivators when it comes to physical activity, and having a furry friend by your side can encourage you to move more and stay active. Whether you’re taking your dog on a walk or playing fetch in the backyard, dogs provide a fun and engaging way to get exercise. Additionally, dogs need regular exercise to maintain their physical health, so taking your dog for a walk or run can be a win-win situation. With a dog by your side, you’ll have a constant reminder to get up, get moving, and enjoy the great outdoors. Plus, spending time with your furry friend can make exercise feel like a fun and enjoyable activity, rather than a chore.

  1. I am so ready to have a furry friend of my own. I will be living by myself and a frenchie will make my life so much more fun and make my feel fulfilled. I plan to take her on walks (weather permitting), playing g and bonding with her and love her like one of my children.
