We take care of all the necessary arrangements and keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive multiple emails with the important details you need:

• First email: Includes your puppy’s arrival time, airline phone number, airway bill number, and flight details.
• Second email: Lists the essential items you’ll need for pickup, including the required documents.
• Photo update: In most cases, we will also send a picture of your puppy at the airport before departure.

Final email (day before travel): You’ll receive a photocopy of all necessary documents to present at the airport. We can only send this after your puppy’s final veterinary checkup, as this is when we receive the last stamp in their passport.
